At Sofas Tavern we are on a mission to discover better ways of bringing food to the table. We’re shortening the journey from farm to Sofas, by working with incredible growers and producers whose regenerative practices don’t just sustain the planet, but repair and improve it. We’re championing delicious seasonal ingredients both for the way they taste and the way they’re grown, because the future of food is taking root now, and we’re excited to play our part.

With our menus being refreshed through the season, our chefs only use products which are at their peak.
We have planted fields of all vegetables used in our kitchen to ensure that we will serve products of the highest quality to our guests. We use seasonal, organic ingredients from local producers that have the same ethos as us – carbon neutral, plastic free, organic, sustainable and low intervention.
